Clos la Niverdi\u00e8re<\/span><\/h2><\/div><\/header>

La Niverdi\u00e8re is a collection of 7.5 hectares with various terroirs in the AOC Chinon.<\/p>\n

4.5 hectares of Cabernet Franc are located in the municipalities of Cravant-les-Coteaux and Chinon, 3 hectares are within the Clos \u00abLa Niverdi\u00e8re\u00bb in Beaumont-en-V\u00e9ron.<\/p>\n

The vines in Cravant-les-Coteaux are planted in two types of soil:
1. The "Sablons de la Vienne": the famous gravels and alluviums of "Granges" and "Maisons Bourdeaux."\u00ab
2. The lower slopes, clay-limestone, in the area known as \u00abRustauderies\u00bb on the heights of Cravant.<\/p>\n

The vines in Chinon and Beaumont-en-V\u00e9ron are on the same type of soil called \u00abTerres Douces,\u00bb a blend of limestone sands and limestone colluviums.<\/p>\n

Renaissance<\/div><\/header>
<\/p>\n

The Renaissance is an integral part of the history of Chinon and its location. Simultaneously, this \u00abRenaissance\u00bb echoes Martine's personal history. She guides her vineyard with a gentle yet firm hand, caring for her vines as she does for her own children. For her, nothing surpasses the respect for the terroir and the maintenance of soil life balance. She puts everything in place to promote the ecosystem and thus ensure the sustainability of her vineyard. The vines are cultivated by working<\/p>\n
