La Niverdi\u00e8re est un ensemble de 7ha50 de diff\u00e9rents terroirs en AOC Chinon en conversion \u00e0 l’agriculture biologique.<\/p>\n

4ha50 de cabernet franc se trouvent\u00a0 sur les communes de Cravant les Coteaux, Chinon , 3ha au sein du Clos \u00ab La Niverdi\u00e8re \u00bb \u00e0 Beaumont en V\u00e9ron.<\/p>\n

Les vignes de Cravant les Coteaux sont plant\u00e9es sur 2 types de sol:
\n\u2022 Les \u00ab Sablons de la Vienne \u00bb ; les fameux graviers et sables m\u00e9lang\u00e9s des \u00ab Granges \u00bb et des \u00ab Maisons Bourdeaux \u00bb
\n\u2022 Les bas-coteaux, argilo \u2013calcaire au lieu dit \u00ab Rustauderies \u00bb sur les hauts de Cravant<\/p>\n

Les vignes de Chinon et Beaumont-en-V\u00e9ron se trouvent sur un m\u00eame type de sol dites \u00ab Terres douces \u00bb, un m\u00e9lange de sables calcaires et colluvions calcaires.<\/p>\n
