Having lived for almost 20 years in Rabelaisie in the middle of the vineyards in AOC Chinon, Martine Budé created her estate from scratch in 2015 at Clos « la Niverdière ».
And the wonderful encounters continued: Thomas Savare, a wine enthusiast, discovered this magical place in July 2020. Sharing the same quest for excellence, a collaboration was a natural fit. They are restructuring their entire vineyard while continuing to craft a terroir-driven wine, a winemaker's wine. A project to plant Chenin Blanc vines is underway on the beautiful limestone sands of La Niverdière.
