This vineyard is managed organically (conversion underway) with a gentle, almost feminine touch. Martine expertly and maternally protects her vines from downy mildew and powdery mildew. Respect for the terroir and maintaining the balance of soil life, which fosters a healthy ecosystem, are the priorities for ensuring the vineyard's long-term survival. The vines are cultivated by working the soils with scrupulous respect for the terroir and the climatology of the year.
The harvest is done by hand, plot by plot, after monitoring ripeness. Sorting takes place in the vineyards and a final sorting at the winery before vatting. The Cabernet Franc is vinified very gently within the Clos in truncated conical vats made of raw concrete.

Vinification by soil type with indigenous yeasts, monitoring of temperatures during alcoholic fermentation and daily tasting of the juices allow us to produce structured wines with fine and melted tannins expressing aromas of very ripe red fruits and a magnificent ruby color for the pleasure of the eyes.
