Throughout the year we are all looking for gourmet ideas… and especially at this time of year when delicious food and fine wines will enhance our festive tables.
I will simply open the doors of my cellar to you during the month of December.
I would be delighted to introduce you to "La Niverdière", my winemaking facility under construction, and above all, my wines.
My White 2015 will perfectly complement your seafood, shellfish and even a lobster… Renaissance your beef fondue bourguignonne, a roast beef in a crust, , Palimpseste your chickens, Résilience your game meats and your cheese platters.
If you would like to visit me outside of these weekends, please feel free to make an appointment.
Open from 2pm to 6pm Saturday 2nd, 9th, 16th December and Sunday 3rd, 10th, 17th December except Christmas weekend and of New Year's Eve
